Oneness With Christ

Hebrews 2:11, “For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren.”

This verse has changed my life forever. I first heard this from Brother Clendennen, and on January, 31st about 1 A.M. after hearing him speak this verse, i wrote these notes. This is how God explained it to me in depth, "That simply means, we and Christ are one. This is how we are made more than conquerers! This is how we live in 'be ye Holy, as I am Holy, saith the Lord'. Because Christ' life, must first be imparted in us. It just means its all Him, and we are dead to flesh. Now the deeper He leads us into sanctification, the more we grow in our oneness. So simply... I get less and less, and He lives more and more. It is by this, we enter total perfection. THANK GOD!"

Beloved, think on this! Christ has made us one with Him. And through time, we are to be ever growing in this oneness, with Him!! Some other verses concerning this oneness can be found in John 17:19-23.

Then, in the second half of this verse, He calls us brethren! Think on this! The King of All Kings! The High and Mighty Son Of God! The Partaker of the Creation of everything! He is known as Life! Love! The Only True Savior! He being Higher than the angels... The Supreme Example of Faith! And for our sakes, He became lower than all this… and came to earth, that He may call me and you.. his brethren!! And on top of that, He isn’t even a ashamed of it!! Nothing but a liar am I,… but The Truth, sanctifies me, and calls me His brethren! All the while, bringing me into a oneness with Him! So I can now say. I am no longer a liar… but now.. I am as He.. for He is that Truth within me!!!! O thank you Jesus!!!! See this, beloved! This is how we overcome! I urge you, think on this deeply, and come deeper and deeper… into this blessed oneness with Christ.
