Clear The Flow

In John 7:38, Christ makes a grand promise to all those that will believe. He says, “He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.” Most understand that “rivers of living water” is speaking of the Holy Ghost, and that “out of his belly” is referring to his spirit or nature. This verse really began to take effect in those that believed on the day of Pentecost when they were filled with the Holy Spirit, and every since that day the true Spirit-led life has been that river of living water to the world. But today… my heart breaks, not just for my own selfishness but the foolishness of the Church as well. As I look around in the Church world I see so much tomfoolery playing the role of Christ, we are mistaking the shaking of flesh for the shaking of the Holy Ghost. We are using the world for fundraisers to build our churches for a God that owns everything, but we still want their methods. Beloved… (O GOD HELP ME!)… the only reason such foolishness as we see today in the church has come about is simply because we have dammed the River. You don’t have to make a river flow… just let it be a river, but this Holy Ghost is not flowing today and that can only mean we have dammed it up! We must get the River undammed fast!! We got people sitting in our Church pews going to hell because we won’t pay the price to clear the flow for the River. Hear me now, it isn’t Gods fault their going to hell, and it isn’t the devils fault because he can only do what we the Church allow him to do, so it is nobody else’s fault but ours. We ought not to sleep well tonight knowing this truth. Hey listen, you can brush this message off and let it never take a hold of your heart but I don’t want these people to die without seeing the real River flow! This makes me fast and pray! This makes me read my bible long hours! Surely this Life (Christ) is worth dying for! I said surely this Life is worth dying for! WE MUST CLEAR THE FLOW SO GOD CAN BE GOD IN US ONE MORE TIME!!! (The message I am buying as you read.) Forget the interpretive dances! Forget the talent shows! Forget the games! Forget life... if we don’t get it right we won’t live long anyway. Nothing else matters anymore, beloved! Nothing else matters anymore other than getting ourselves right and becoming once again the vessel that River can flow through! Christ said “out of his belly” meaning out of his spirit and character “shall flow rivers of living water” so seeing that it must flow from us to the world… we are the only thing that can dam it. It is because we have not died to our own selfish wants and plans that the River cannot flow through us to the world! Let us place ourselves on the altar and stay there until God lets the River flow through our empty possibilities. Clear the flow and everyone will know, and people will be changed forever!
