Before you fly… learn to walk. We always want to fly with the eagles, and this is to be desired, but before we launch our wings into the wind and soar God will always teach us to walk. He always carries us to a place where we learn to trust Him in the slow pace, this is to work patience in us. God learns He can trust us by placing us in the walking trials. He brings us to a place where we couldn’t run anywhere but back and walk nowhere but forward very slowly. If you are in this place don’t give up, beloved! These places will bring us to a realm previously unknown by us. We may not come to soar at the end of this battle but hey, hold faith! We are on our way with Jesus! It truly is a privilege to come to these battles for Christ, for it is in this time we are learning what it truly means to walk with the Lord.
“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength… and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31.
