Used To The Filth
The problem today is that people are not truly getting clean, they are just getting used to their filth. With that being said, I could almost close the writing down now and say that the Church as we know it as a whole has been explained. We no longer believe that God sent His Son to die for sin and be raised on the third day so that we may be saved from the world, but we would rather preach this born again experience in a weak fashion and say that we are saved to the world. I have been in multiple youth Sunday school classes just this year, where the teachers proudly proclaim to a group of kids that mostly are not born again, that drinking and going to the bars is an okay event for the Christian born again life. I have heard that having premarital sex is okay, just as long as you don’t get pregnant. And we wonder why the young people that are trying to walk with the Lord can barely stand. There is no preaching, no teaching, nobody living in the Heavenly atmosphere of “come out from among them” and “be ye separate” coming to live His spotless Life in the Spirit. Beloved, let us come unto Christ, and we cannot help but depart from the filth. Christ didn’t die to come down to our level, but that He may bring us to His. Let us refuse to get used to the filth, and live in the Holiness of the Lord through the Spirit working in us His work.

Amen Brother. If sin is ok, then why did he have to die to save us from it? Thank God for those who are still standing for the truth.
Buddy,
It was amazing to me to read this article. Just last evening one of my 2nd shift crew members asked me my thoughts about youth leadership in his church that were promoting the same lifestyles that you mentioned not only to the youth but also for themselves! I told him that the biblical requirements for a bishop,(pastor),make no such allowance. He seems to be addressing this with the leadership. One can not help but associate this with scripture eluding to "end times". "preachers having itching ears",.
I am not trying to come across as one who is "sinless", however, we sure need commentary such as yours to help us all to do an honest and thorough self examination as to where we stand.
Thanks!!
