Renewing Commitment

Hebrews 2:3, “How shall we escape if we neglect so great salvation…”

We must press the battle. It is not a time to find ourselves weary in well doing, its almost going Home time. Let us do whatever we have to do to be brought to complete oneness with our Savior, for that is all that will matter very shortly. Let us encourage ourselves by knowing that Christ is coming back just as He said, but also let us renew our commitment if we have grown tired and began to drift along the way. You don’t have to go to the bar to backslide, just neglect that intimate time with Him and you are equal with the drunkard. Beloved, this is serious for us to understand! Help us Lord, help us truly come to see that if we are not committed to true intimacy with you we will not make it.

Beloved, we can make it if we want to. Through His Grace He has given us all we need… let us renew ourselves to Him afresh today.
