Living By The Book

We have somehow today made ourselves above living by the book. We have people that change the rules to fit their needs in their present situation. Some go to extreme right, making up rules that were never in the book. Others go extreme left, taking away the rules that God has written. But somewhere in between the extreme right, and extreme left, there is a true Church. Beloved, only this true Church will know God in a true way.

Now not just dealing with the issue of changing the rules in corporate bodies, I want to speak about us as individuals. We must live by this book. We must read it and apply it daily. We must judge ourselves by this book, and line our life up with it. I am going to go as far to say this in good ol’ Kentucky English, if you aint living by the book, you aint going in the rapture. Now “God sent His word, to purify us” that is speaking of Christ, but to come to know this Christ, you will have to live by the book. Most Christians today don’t even read their bible, let alone live by it daily. They live by what they feel, they live by what they hear the preacher say, they live by what seems good, and call themselves born again Christians. This type of living, is not living by the book. When you truly live your life within the pages of the Bible, the Bible will began to live within you. Hey, now is the time to live by the book. You will either live by the book, …or die by it. Beloved, live by the book.
