Born To Die

Christ gave up His throne in Heaven, taking upon Himself the nature of you and me in His birth. Christ came to this earth for only one purpose… to die. He came to live in a body fully man, while being still yet fully God, and didn’t come to simply build an earthly Kingdom, but came to die so that the Fathers will may be performed. Beloved, shouldn’t we learn by the pattern of Christ? He came to die for sins, shouldn’t we die to them? Christ was born into this world to die… we are also. Our old life of flesh must die so that the Fathers will may be brought to perfection through our bodies. He desires to bring us to a place of being possessed fully by Himself as God, yet while us still being earthly bodies. Beloved, He was born to die, we have the same call. He simply says, “Any man that will follow me, let him take up the cross with me… for death is where Resurrection Life begins.” We must die to ourselves, so His Resurrection Life can be exhibited through us. We are born to die… so the Holy Spirit may be our Life.
