He Still Knows

Mark 6:47, “And when even was come, the ship was in the midst of the sea, and He alone on the land.”

Have you ever come to the place in your life where it seems as if Christ was one place, and you was on the crashing waves of life’s sea helplessly going under? That’s where the disciples found themselves at in our text given above. “Where are you Lord?! Why have you sentenced me to this death after calling me from my old life? Why have you lunched me out into the deep and left me, knowing a storm was coming?! Cant you see that I am about to drown here under these roaring waves of the enemy?! Why have you left me… why Lord?!?!”

Beloved, Christ sends us to these sea’s of overwhelming odds alone sometimes to prove some things to us…
1- Our faithlessness.
2- His Faithfulness as our only complete Savior and only true God.

Today, if you are in one of these places where you feel Christ has retreated to a safe place, while making you go face the stormy sea of insurmountable odds, then I want to encourage you with this next verse.

Mark 6:48, “And He saw them toiling in rowing…”
Beloved, Christ always has His eyes on you! He is ever looking with the eyes of a Savior… ready to show you He still knows. Even though you cannot see Him at all, He still knows and can see you at all times.

“…for the wind was contrary unto them: and about the fourth watch of the night He cometh unto them, walking upon the sea...”
He came as a Savior in the middle of the storm, walking to the other side… making the statement that if they would just believe they could make it also through this storm.

Dear soul, rest in the fact of knowing He still knows everything you are going through. He can still see every wave that comes your way. Even though you cannot always see Him… He still knows… and He will save you. Just believe… He has never taken His loving eyes off of you, and soon you will see Him as Savior… again.
