Semper Fidelis

The United States Marine Corps has had the motto “Semper Fidelis” for many years. This is a phrase that is actually French, and it literally means “Always Faithful”. What a proper motto for a soldier. Now I ask you, is this your motto as a soldier of Christ? Are you pressing the battle with the made up mind that you will be faithful to God even if you die trying? Have you made up your mind that, live or die you will serve Christ to the best of your ability? Will to do His will. Will to be faithful at all times, no matter the cost.
