Hebrews 12:4 (King James Version)
Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.
(My View)
How far as believers have we gone in this Christian fight? Do we even think of ourselves as called warriors? We have a lot of people these days who want the blessings of God, but aren’t willing to stand on the gospel truths and fight. Even I, find myself at this point. Or when we do fight we want to complain and grumble, because we feel God has asked to much of us. We must buckle down and fight the flesh, hell and compromise. So lets lace our boots tight, and stand tall and fight for Christ.
(Keep This In Mind)
The writer may sound harsh but he is talking to weary warriors and backsliding soldiers of the cross, that are in great need of the loving truth. So we must understand and apply these words to our life as orders from the throne to us soldiers.
(The Breakdown)
No matter how strong of a Christ loving warrior you have been, (no matter if you have fought many battles, and won many victories through His power) you must not slack now. For think about how far Christ went on the Battle Field of Calvary, in the fight against sin. He went beyond just the point of blood, but even went to a horrible death. You must not complain, for you haven’t even fought half as hard as He. Be thankful!! For although you may have fought hard, you have not ever been physically hurt enough to bring you to the point of blood and death, in your battle against sin. And the Battle Of Calvary, has already been won, By Christ Our Conquering King!! Through His Death and Mighty Resurrection, sin has been conquered. And you can overcome, if you choose!! So hold your ground, stand tall and fight hard through and by His Grace.
(Last Thought)
We all must humbly take our position at the front line. Every time we start to complain lets pause and think, “even we haven’t went as far as Him, for He as the good shepherd literally laid down His life for the unclean sheep He loved.” We could never do this. For we have been corrupted by flesh, as where He was totally perfect and sinless. In the Old Testament the Sheep died for the Shepherd, but in the New Testament.. The Shepherd died for the Sheep. Lets fight hard for our loving King.

Thats the truth. And if we dont stand up for our King, the who will?? Thats why we as the body of Christ are where we are, because of one person getting lazy and falling to the back of the line, because one person chose to stay out of it, a chain reaction happened and everyone followed. We need to recollect our strength, get back up and fight. Someone great once told me ," if i fall down seven times, ill get back up 8!!" :) And thats the attitude we all should have... This bible break down thing really is showing potential :). Keep it up!! Love you!!
