Once Lost... Now Gained Part 1

This message has been on my heart very strongly for a couple days, I have been studying and praying about it, and now I feel it’s time to deliver. I have a lot to say, so I will be very direct.

Genesis 1:27, “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him”

On the sixth day, God created man. Man didn't just simply evolve, but was created by the eternal God, known as God Almighty (for all of my evolution theory friends). And, the earth didn't just suddenly appear, it always takes life to make life (for all of my "big bang" theory friends). God Almighty (the eternal God, who was, who is, and who will always be) made the earth, man and everything upon the earth. He created man, to have communion with Him. Grasp this statement, when man was created, He was made to be a Heavenly individual, in an earthly formed body. We know the first man was named “Adam,” which means “the man of the soil (or earth)”. So, Adam was literally to be made out of earth, but that was just his frame or outward appearance, for the character of Adam was made of that likened to God Almighty. Now seeing this, we also are made to understand that God not only made man in His image, but He also filled him with His Spirit. Gen. 2:7, “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” Beloved, this is a beautiful truth, God literally put in Adam, His total complete nature and life. This simply means within Adam, was the Holy Spirit of God. Remember that the word Spirit does mean breath, and soul (or total character of). Again this points to the reality of Adam being made for the purpose of a total Heavenly individual, but wrapped in the form of a man. So, first we see Adam was literally made in the complete image of God, and we understand that to be the Spiritual image, not the physical image. Then second we see that God filled Him with His breath, (His Holy Spirit). So when Adam was created, He already had preinstalled in Him Gods exact spiritual image, within His earthly body. And when Adam took His first breath, He was already filled with the Heavenly breath of God Almighty. Now, the children of Adam should have taken upon them the complete nature of God, and the breath of the Holy Spirit also. But, beloved, when the fall of Adam came, this spiritual life became dead, not only to him, but to all of us! For man was no longer born of the character and breath of God, no longer being a Heavenly individual, in an earthly formed body. Meaning, when the birth of the sons of Adam came, they were born only into the nature of Adam, not the nature of God that was first created in Adam. For when Adam ate of that tree of knowledge, (he ate the forbidden fruit of self-understanding), and took upon himself a complete new ungodly nature, called flesh. Thus passing through him, to his kids, and to everyone that was born after him. We are all born with the sinful flesh nature of Adam, within us. We cant help it, it comes from the sin of the first man. So, no longer a Heavenly individual in an earthly formed body, but a fleshly individual in an earthly body. Gods heart was broken, and the plan of continual fellowship with a total Heavenly, but yet total earth man… was lost.

To be continued…
