Generation Lost

Now is the time to pay the price for true revival. We must stop talking about how it use to be, …and wrestle in prayer, until God produces Pentecost again. Revival will not come to a people that will not be willing to pay the price of producing it themselves. I see none wrestling for days, weeks and months, in broken heartedness and prayer with God. Myself included in these observations. Folks, I can say without fear of contradiction, this entire generation in the American Church of today, has never seen Pentecost in life, and action. We may have revival services, but in all my travels, I have still never seen a Book of Acts Pentecost in effect. We are not having true revival. Friend, the reason for this fact is, most of the Church has, in their actions, literally voted against having true Revival. I don’t mean to seem as if I am just scorning, for I say this all in love, and include myself in the failures of the Church. But, beloved, we cant even make it to prayer meetings, how can we even stand and say, “I am ready for revival!” when all we ever want to do is pop into revival, and not ever take it upon ourselves to produce it. Prayer-less People, make Powerless Paupers, who are Spiritually dumb of the Priceless Privilege, that we have in knowing this Almighty God. We have become no more than a parasite of the pew. Just surviving off of what comes to us, never producing anything for ourselves, nor those around us. And prayer is the first step to true revival recovery. MY GOD!!!! PLEASE PUT MY FLESH TO DEATH, THAT I MAY MOVE ME BEYOND THIS TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU!!!! Beloved, by this super selfishness, extreme laziness, horrid carelessness, we have become satisfied with being spiritual paupers, and by this we have produced not revival, but almost a whole generation that is lost, while setting right in Church. They are setting in darkness, because our light is too dim to shine to them. They are setting in death, because we are too dead ourselves to bring Life, and be Life. Trust me, dear friend, I know. I meet a lot of young people that have never been born again, and yet they set in many services, wanting something, but us, (who by Gods Grace, have come to know Him somewhat deeper) are so lost in our prayerlessness, and the wants of our flesh, we let them turn and walk out, never knowing the true power of God. Is this not a sin? Now by understanding such facts, beloved, we must realize that we have made the power of Christ resurrection of almost none affect. For He is the Life that is to be brought through us, and He is the Light that is to shine into the dark hearted. But somehow, someway, He is not being able to Live through us, nor Shine. And this is not anyone’s fault, but our own. We are to be life, not in ourselves, but by Him living through us. We must stop just saying, “I am ready for revival” and we must become revival now! But this will cost everything. As Pastor Duke Downs once told my family, “Salvation is free, but the Anointing will cost you everything.” These words has ever hounded my heart. This is no game that will be some kind of laugh at the end of our day. This is life or death for basically a whole generation. Folks, it is coming to an end, now is the time. I am certain Christ will soon come, and what then, beloved? What about all the people that should be able to meet Him in the air on that day of His return, that will not, …simply because we was too dead?! This must be sin. Surely God isn’t pleased with our unholy actions. We must wake up now Church!! Orr we will soon see, a generation lost.

(Prayer)  Forgive Me Father! For my selfishness, laziness, and my desire of more worldliness than you. O, Call us to repentance, that you may be revival through us. Help someone to hear this call of becoming revival, and believe it. Help me to grasp a hold of this word you have placed in my heart, and never let go until you produce revival through me. I don’t want to hurt you anymore Lord. Help me. Please. …In the name of Jesus I pray, amen.
