The Empty Seat

We must not get so busy running here and there, building our civilian life and even establishing a ministry and work for God that, we allow empty communion with the Savior to set it. Beloved, He has placed a meal before us each day, He pleads and longs for us to come and fellowship with Him and eat from the table of Grace, but He will not force us. I just want to find my seat in communion with Him this day, and allow Him to adore me with His mighty Love. I want to find my place so I can worship Him with more than just a busy do list of the things I am doing for Him, but with a “You List” saying He is all my heart seeks. Let us take time this name for our Lord and Savior, or He will come and our seat will be empty… and “depart from me ye worker of iniquity for I never knew you” will be the words that will damn us forever. Don’t let your seat be the empty place at the Masters fine table of Grace, find your place and let it become deeply intimate each day.
