Sometimes We Fail

This Christian life is very demanding. One cannot live the Christian life without realizing that Christ demands all of you. We must allow Him to work that work in us, where we continually surrender all to Him, even as the path of life goes on. The Christian life is one of ascension and surrender. As we walk with God, continually moving upward, we must continue to lay ourselves down. Seeing all of this, we know that this is the Christian duty. We understand that Christ requires all of us, but what about when we fail? I make mistakes, and sometimes I wonder this same thing. “How did I get here, and what do I do to get out?” I often think to myself. Talking with my girlfriend this morning on the phone, this topic came up. I will paraphrase to you what she told me.

“Sometimes we fail! He understands our weaknesses, and although He expects us to do our part, we must never forget that He is still God! He still loves us. He wont leave us when we make mistakes. If we come to Him and just lay out all the broken pieces, He is still God that He can mend us better than ever. He cares, and He changes, because He is God… and ONLY HE CAN!”

Beloved, people may look at you like you are the strongest Christian. You feel the eyes on you, and you feel that even the smallest mistake will kill you. But, realize that sometimes we fail. I am not saying go and mess up on purpose… but I am saying if you find yourself in a place of failure, and you feel as if you cannot run anywhere without damaging yourself more… run to Jesus. He understands. It isn’t as much of a shame to fail, as it is to stay there. He will bring you out, if you will trust Him with your whole life…

He does love you :) and he is not going anywhere, he didnt "save you to leave you"!
It is amazing how he works, even when you feel you havent the least thing to offer him or you feel like you have let him down, its like he just comes in and intercedes.
Just remind yourself daily he is not trying to get rid of you, the devil just wants you to hear that and fill your mind with junk that should not even be there...he is satan thats what he does..he destroys and doesnt care who or what is in his path...Still, Kill, and Destroy are a few of his best works, but he has no more power than what we give him.
You are doing a work for God and living in Gods will so expect trouble...thats all he wants is your mind off the Lord, he is very Grumpy baby..lol :) im just kidding thought i should throw a joke in there with my serioussness..but he is Grumpy, but just remember... SHUTUP DEVIL!:) no power baby no power... :)
I love you :)
